Please find an overview of necessary steps for Reunion attendance below. Additional details for alumni travel will be communicated via email after the registration deadline in Fall 2025.
Timeline for Alumni Travel and Participation

Registration
Registration opens on April 28, 2025. The deadline to register is August 22, 2025.

Booking Flights
Information on booking flights will be provided to alumni in September, 2025. Alumni booking travel through IIE must submit requests through IIE's platform by December 15, 2025. Regardless of whether Alumni book travel independently or with IIE, Alumni must complete travel bookings by January 22, 2026 and report their detailed itineraries to IIE by January 25, 2026.

Activity Registration
Some Reunion activities will require prior registration. Information on activity sign-ups will be shared in the event app after the registration deadline in Fall 2025.

Visa Application
Alumni who require Chinese visas should apply for them once their flights are booked. The deadline to secure a visa is March 6, 2026.
